TEST BENCH FOR CONTAINERIZED MOBILE WORKSHOP FOR PSV VALVE CALIBRATION

The system features a compact, all-in-one design that optimizes the interior space of a container, facilitating additional maintenance activities and providing wide room for operators to access and work within the container with ease. It is engineered to test valves up to 8 inches in diameter and #300 in pressure rating, capable of a maximum working pressure of 1050 bar for both GAS and HYDROSTATIC tests. To enhance operators’ safety during high-pressure tests, the test stand is equipped with a bulletproof shield that complies with European Standards, ensuring the highest level of protection for personnel. The workshop is equipped with an advanced control system featuring an intuitive interface that supports API standard procedures for PSV verification for easy data collection. It also supports the storage of test videos and reference images under the valve’s tag or serial number (SN). A comprehensive test report can be generated, printed, or exported using our certification software TestREC®, which operates on a rugged tablet PC within a Windows® environ-ment. This system can be fully integrated with a LAN or CLOUD database. High-accuracy sensors provide precise valve calibration reports, and the entire testing setup can be customized with various process options to meet the specific needs of your maintenance team. The test bench can be supplied with a complete set of clamping accessories, including tooling for the testing of straight valves (shut-off and control valves) and bidirectional pressure testing through valve clamping.
