A compact, all-in-one design that maximizes space inside the container, not only allowing for additional maintenance activities but also providing wide room for operators to easily access and work within the container. It is designed to test valves up to 8” in size, with a maximum working pressure of 800 bar for both GAS and HYDRO tests.
For enhanced operator safety during high-pressure tests, the test stand is equipped with a bulletproof shield compliant with European Standards, ensuring protection and safety for personnel.
The workshop features an advanced control system with an intuitive interface that supports API standard procedures for PSV verification and easy data collection. It also allows for storing testing videos and reference images under the valve tag/serial number (SN). A complete test report can be printed or exported using the certification software TestREC®, which runs on a rugged PANEL PC in a Windows® environment. This system can be fully integrated with a cloud database.
High-precision sensors provide accurate valve calibration reports, and the entire testing setup can be customized with various process options according to the specific needs of your maintenance team.
The test bench can be supplied with a full set of clamping accessories, for example testing of straight valves (shut-off and control valves).
